The first step towards our personal development and performance improvement is through the practice of self knowledge, becoming aware of how you respond to conflict, what motivates or stresses you, how you solve problems, your fears, automatic behavior triggers, your strengths. This awareness enables us to identify and gain control over the elements that lead us to think, feel and act in certain ways.
Does self-knowledge need to be 'a practice'?
The self-knowledge is not instinctive, does not happen naturally. In fact, we know little about ourselves and, therefore, most of the time we act and react almost automatically, without full awareness of the core of our issues. Therefore, practicing self-knowledge, that is, to seek different ways of becoming aware of oneself, is the only path to personal development, key to enriching your relationships with others and yourself, your family life, career, performance, spiritual journey and much more.
An effective aid in the practice of self-knowledge
There are many ways to practice self-knowledge. One is through self-assessment tools, which readily bring to light answers that maybe we've been seeking for a long time. Since 2010, I've been helping people on their personal growth journeys using self-assessment tools.

How the coaching works with self-assessment tools
To start, we set up a complimentary 15-minute virtual meeting to discuss your needs and how I can help you. Once we've chosen the self-evaluation tool to use for you, you answer a self-assessment questionnaire. This questionnaire is strictly confidential, and your answers generate a report, which you and I use in your debriefing sessions, when we explore aspects of your profile in depth and also discuss possible development actions. The Enneagram is a road map for self-discovery and personal growth that describes several personality types based on their unique ways of relating to the world. The Enneagram describes why you think, feel and behave in specific ways based on your core motivations and fears. It gives you a guide for conscious self-development.

Each discussion session lasts 75 minutes and can be held weekly, fortnightly or at your convenience, in person (depending on location) or through virtual meetings.
